Ten years of glaucoma treatment has been great. Dr. Austin is keeping it well under control. In July of 2020, I had cataract surgery on both eyes, three weeks apart. I couldn’t be happier with the results as I am now driving, golfing, and watching tv without the use of any glasses. Thank you so much, Dr. Austin.

Today was my first time at Fox Cities Eye Clinic. I recently got new insurance and had to find a new place that was in my network. It was the most unpleasant appointment I have ever had for anything. Dr. Mark Austin made me extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know if he had a bad day, if he was pick on as a kid and likes assert his authority or if he was showing off for the other people that were in the small exam room for some reason that was not explained to me. Dr Austin is very through. I have Sjögren’s, he takes good care of my eye health.
Been with them over 15 years!
They were very helpful, patient and pleasant.
I went in to find out I had Ocular Migraines. While in the exam, Dr Austin asked if I had vision loss. I answered yes. Dr Austin stated this is not normal. Dr Austin suggested I get exams by my GP. I did and it was shown I have plugged arteries. I will be having surgery to clear my Carotid Arteries. Thank you Dr Austin for being upfront and honest. You assisted in saving me from probable strokes!
Dr. Austin was very professional. sue helped me pick out glasses she was very friendly very professional definitely a five star experience
Doctors there are great but their billing staff is extremely unfriendly and uncooperative . They refuse to work with your insurance company's requests. I got stuck paying a larger portion of my bill because of it. I will go blind before I go back there.
