I had flights booked on another airline, and they either bumped me or canceled the last three times I flew. Now I now to just go through Fox. They are reliable, safe and friendly. Thank you guys!

Poor customer service skills with pilots and some front desk clerks. For a charter that was done a couple of days ago, there was actually someone in the plane when my coworker and I were picked up. after taking off from our pickup site, they actually flew another community to drop off that passenger with his totes then brought us back to Bethel afterwards. I assumed when a charter is setup, it is a direct flight from that requested community to the destination instead of dropping/picking up from other communities.

I have flown with Fox air dozens of times and shipped freight with their company numerous times. They have always been professional and easy to use. Freight arrives quickly. Charters and scheduled flights go out on time (if the weather allows it. But that happens with all rural Alaska flights). Overall I have always had a great experience with Fox air. They have a nice new terminal too.
