bought two recliners and a bedroom with dresser and chest and bed. My salesman was Randy, he knew a lot about the furniture, like what is made of and where they made it. the furniture was ordered and came in about two weeks, then I picked it up at the store. They loaded and tied it down for me. good company to work with. thanks
Vickie was great, We bought on Friday and they delivered it on Saturday. The delivery guys were good with setting up and cleaned up after themselves. We love our mattress set.
I bought a new living room set from Vickie, she was great. She let us look and was not pushy like other stores we went to. They delivered it in a week and set it up, all we did was point to where we wanted it. Richard, our delivery man was polite and punctual. Thank you Fowler's
The only reason I give Fowler's Furniture one star is because there is not a lot of selection. The manager Tom in Harriman was not helpful our furniture was promised on a certain day and time it never arrived on the truck. We got the furniture over a week later. The furniture was not supposed to pay for hunt if it was delivered to the store however they took it upon themselves to deduct $1,600 from my checking account unauthorized. Make the trip to Knoxville. These guys are the worst. Promise the moon and leave you holding their AS-IS crap. Shiftless liars is putting it kindly! Leave it in the parking lot.
Very poor customer service. Could not get waited on.
