We've been getting our taxes done by Peggy Price at Fowler Tax for a few years, and stuck with her when it changed to Korpal, Lopez, and Associates. Did a pretty simple tax return in 2019. Wanted it done professionally to ensure correct completion. Agent messed up, and had to sort out a rejection in 2019 and fix the paperwork to get things in order. Today in 2021 I'm still working around the error made by this agent. Worst $400 I ever spent.
Peggy Price prepared my return last year and this year. She was friendly, thorough, and professional. In addition, she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about my return. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and assisted me with gathering the necessary documents she needed to prepare an accurate return. Her professionalism gave me the confidence to know that I was working with the right people.
This was my second year that I had Peggy Price prepare my IRS Tax Documents. She is very pleasant and listens to my concerns. She updates me on some of the new tax law changes that may effect my tax returns for the year. She completed my tax return in a matter of days and I received an email when it is filed and received with IRS. See y'all next year!
