Great customer service. Fantastic selection of inventory. Just a relaxing shopping experience all around.
I purchased a sectional in May of this year and I paid in full. They delivered the next day and they also removed our old couches for a small fee. My sectional is missing the latch hook piece that keeps the sectional together. I was told it would be delivered and put on once it came in. Safe to say as of November I never received that piece or was compensated in anyway. I was looking to purchase more furniture but I’m honestly scared I might pay in full and on delivery day they tell me again some parts are missing. My family... read more
