Fraud Case Resolved I contacted my realtor for advice on an attorney when I realized the contractor I had hired to build my house was not licensed and had made errors in construction. She said to call Art Fowler follow whatever course he advised. The case turned out to be difficult to navigate because of the refusal of the party to admit wrong even to his own attorney who told him he was in error.
