Jeff and his team were very professional and prompt getting everything together for my estate plan. Dont try doing this yourself. Those do it yourself box wills are not what you need.
My husband and I were taken back with the belittling coments of my handwriting during the office follow up with Mr Fouts. If I am remembering correctly, this occured on March 18, 2026 he compared it to someone appeairing to have had or having a seizure or stroke. I am use to writing with better quality pens, the one provided from Fouts broke. We still intended to use Fouts moving forward with a cashiers check from our bank. Our experience at Fouts was really wonderful. Having dealt with the loss of a parent with no financial plan, we were determined not to impose that difficulty on our children. Jeff and James explained everything very well and offered several options to meet our needs. Now that our documents are complete, we feel very confident that our children will have everything they need.
