I went here this year and on Feb. 4 still haven’t received my taxes. Had to do an amended return. Got a letter IRS stating my forms were done incorrectly. Went to Rusty’s tried to get in to talk to him the ladies out front wouldn’t let me see him said they were going to send in the other form that needed sent in but I had to pay because I didn’t when I was in before I pulled up all my receipts and showed that I didn’t.
