Absolute shit tracking app, it will mark you as arrived/loaded/empty etc. At random. I'm still sitting on the dock at the shipper and not only has it marked me as loaded and departed, it has me marked as delivered at consignee and closed the load out.
Customer Service is TERRIBLE! Go with a different provider!
Complete garbage when it comes to customer service. No one answers support tickets, Our system has been down for an entire week! No one cares. Run as fast as you can from these clowns.
Bad company overall. Terrible support and senior leadership is intent on moving all jobs over to India causing product quality to free fall.
IT support is non-existent. Upper management is only concerned about their own paycheck. Letting people go every other month. They will be out of business in a year. Don’t support.
