The Team Four team in pompton plains is amazing! I came in with a high ankle sprain and Kyle took into account my goals and where I wanted to be and got me back on my feet in no time! I have continued to come for personal training and the team here is awesome. Jeremy and Kyle are the best highly recommend!
I've had bad shoulder pain for months now & limited movement when I first started therapy, a month 1/2 ago, at Four3 Rehab in Pompton plains. I'm almost 100% & will miss going here when I'm all better. I enjoy going here & feel like I'm hanging with friends as I'm treated that way. Kyle is so kind & talented, he gives me different exercises as my body is responding to treatment and progressing in a good way. He explains & listens to feedback. Great physical therapy, awesome staff, they really go out of their way to help and get you back on track! Because of Kyle, I have more mobility in my shoulder than I have in years.
