All I can say is amazing customer service. I have been in the service industry most of my life, experienced all types of scenarios and this ranks up at the top. Long story short needed to renew license, was sent away, because vision would not pass, needed to get an exam. I not only got the exam within an hour of me stopping in same day, but came back did the exam, picked out a set of frames, they had the lenses and within two hours out the door and went back to get license in the same day! I was a bit skeptical doing a virtual appointment but Mercedes (I think that was her name) was extremely kind and professional. Very impressed with not only the pricing but cleanliness and quality of care. Jess was very patient in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and I had them within four days of my appointment! Cannot say enough good things, highly recommend.
My wife and I were both in need of new eyeglasses. We had never been to Four Your Eyes Only before but decided to stop in. We were very impressed by the customer service we received. They took a great deal of time to make sure we had what we needed and would be pleased with our new lens and frames. We both purchased new glasses and feel comfortable knowing that we can stop in at any time for an adjustment if needed. Excellent shop!
Had their new very comprehensive eye exam yesterday. It was amazing and very easy. The owner Trish and her two great technicians Jess and Kelly really welcomed me and made me feel like family. After the exam I was able to find the cutest pair of glasses from their huge selection. The girls gave honest opinions on different glasses till I got the perfect pair for my shape face. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. Thank you so much girls.
Highest recommendation! I have had help selecting glasses from Trish for many years and I'm very happy she now has her own business. She is a true professional and really knows which glasses people should be wearing based on their style and equally importantly, the shape of their face.
