I booked an appointment with Rich. I'm always a little unsure when using a new therapist but I couldn't have been happier. It was one of the best massages I've had for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure he knows what the pain intensity is at when he moves to areas he knows are tense. I'll be booking him again the next time I'm in Sun Peaks.
