I can't say enough positive things about my experience. This was my first time trying hypnosis and last ditch attempt at beating the overwhelming urges for chocolate. I have had no self control and have been eating a large bar or 2 every day. I've tried stopping cold turkey, and so many other ways and nothing worked. I'd just repeat the same patterns. The sessions with Rebecca have been a life changing experience for me. Rebbeca is a great listener, her compassion and empathy shows and I could not have figured out how to approach my goals without her guidance.
