I cannot begin to put into words how much Rebecca has helped me. After many years of smoking and trying to quit smoking my daughter suggested hypnosis. I saw Rebecca twice and haven’t smoked in over a year. It worked for me and I’m thrilled.
I can't say enough positive things about my experience. This was my first time trying hypnosis and last ditch attempt at beating the overwhelming urges for chocolate. I have had no self control and have been eating a large bar or 2 every day. I've tried stopping cold turkey, and so many other ways and nothing worked. I'd just repeat the same patterns.
