If you are there to see Dr. IBANEZ you won't ever see him. He's never there. Nor does he even see the patients he is supposed to see from the VA. THE only time you will see Dr. Ibanez is on his websites. But he will pawn his patients on the other providers there. Check out the good expiration dates on those urine dip sticks in the bathroom or the cockroaches that are in the office. Let's not forget the mold growing on the vents!
