I loved living here! Very quiet, well maintained, and most of the other tenants are pretty nice. Rent is quite reasonable for the area. I wish there were more than one washer & dryer per building and that they accepted cash payments.
Been here for a couple of years. Pros: Very quiet, safe, and clean. Managers and maintenance are exceptional. Rent is decent for the area. Cons: Coaxial cabling is old which hurts cable internet speeds. Need more resident events (BBQ, Raffles, etc... what happened to those?) - Can only have a 5,000 BTU Air Conditioner unless you get a portable one.
