I started going to Josie for acupuncture in October 2020 after a referral from a friend. She has a holistic approach and very easy to approach. She gives you the option of herbs to complement your treatment. I have enjoyed her treatments so much that I've made an appointment for my partner. Her office is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and follows COVID precautions. She can provide you a superbill for insurance reimbursement. But now that she's in-network for Regence insurance, I plan to go to her more often.

I've had a few good therapeutic massages over the years (and a few not so good), but the one I just got from Irene is beyond compare. She starts off by listening carefully what your issues are and develops a plan from there. She's intuitive, strong, gentle and incredibly skilled. Every move I was surprised to discover I held tension in that place, or impressed at how she knew exactly what was needed and where.
