Monique and Katrina are great this whole location is so amazing. They treat you so well and really care about you. I would NEVER recommend the other location but this one is the absolute best.

We've used this credit union for more than 20 years. Great staff, great service!
Horrible Customer Service ( over the phone ) My brother tried calling them multiple times and finally when someone did answer he got a “hello” Is that how you answer the phone at a place of business? I literally had to ask “is this Four Seasons” cause no way he answered like that lol. Then the man hung up and when we called back he answered and hung up AGAIN. Didn’t even get a chance to tell him why we called. He shouldn't have this much trouble contacting the people who hold HIS money.
