The only trained care aide is absent from the home almost every day attending to her personal errands leaving residents with no one but the untrained operator to watch over them. They don't do lifts, so if a resident falls and can't get up, expect ambulance bills for a lift. The common areas are cluttered with the belongings of the 2 home operators.
