This USED to be the best car wash around & I would drive out of my way to use this car wash.... but, since it switched ownership from Four Seasons to Mister..... awful! My front windshield and back of my car never get brushed clean anymore. The undercarriage never gets clean, my car comes out with mud still on it, Tire shine is never applied to all four of my tires, the front grill/bumper still has bugs attached, & I’ve noticed other vehicles look dirty also. I’ve got to cancel my subscription! Not worth the money I pay.

today was my first time going to this car wash. spent $20 was a wash, wax and tire shine, ect. a little disappointed, mybwindows were still dirty and inwill have to cleaning those my hand. I'll give them another try but it would be a long time. a lot to spend for not a good finish. vacuums dont suck very good either. NO GOOD!!! I hope they can do better.

I paid for the $16 package my tires weren't shined. I did go inside and ask for them to do it and they did. Thank you. I was vacuuming and the vacuums shut off with no warning. I could've been warned that it was closing time so I left with unfinished vacuumed floor. Very dissatisfied customer.

DO NOT use this car wash! The first time I went, it didnt even look like it had washed my car and the vacuums barely had any suction. I went to give it a second chance yesterday and my back windshield wiper was ripped completely off. The entire part! When I went into the office area, they said they could check for the part for me but they weren't liable. The guys working there could not have cared any less about my car being damaged. WARNING BEWARE!!!! Don't use this car was unless you have money to throw away!! Use any car wash besides this one! They are nothing but liars and thieves!! I was told by a manager that he witnessed a employee pick up and walk off with my stuff and only my stuff and that it would be returned or replaced and that I would get a call from his boss as soon as he informed him of what had happened! My Jeep was damaged inside the car wash a week ago. I was told I would get a phone call within 24 hours. A week later, no phone call, no email nothing. Very unprofessional!!

Employees don’t care about your service unless you buy the top wash, car wash is mediocre at best, and the vacuums barely suck up even the smallest pieces of dirt and debris.

Afrer having an issue with one of the kiosks, I was given some of the best customer service by both the attendant and general manager on duty. Not only were they able to fix the issue quickly, I was able to go through the wash while they were dealing with it. I will definitely be back!
