The houses are nice and good deals can be had. Although listed as an over-55 community, management is extremely lax about enforcement, so in practice families of all ages are welcome here as long as the mortgage is held by someone over 55. As a mixed community, you'll find summer evenings filled with the sounds of kids playing and people working on their cars and motorcycles in driveways and revving them right out in on the small streets.
