Not very friendly, I really love this lil place, BUT!!! They are not helpful, nice, or friendly!!! They must do well as they truly have some wonderful heating options, along with a plethora of household goods! I have been in Napoleon for 10+ yrs, visited here a few times. Only buying some insulation at one point. They just make me feel I owe them before I buy and/or they just don't want me there?
