Was going to go to urgent care for knee pain but made a pit stop on the way there. My wife learned about stretching sessions for pain relief during a meet and greet . Never made it to the urgent care, instead the pit stop landed me in the presence of a body wellness Master. Her technique is superb. Much different than a chiropractor, massage , acupuncture or acupressure. There is nothing like not using any of your own muscles to get a heeling stretch.
