A treasure in in Salt Lake City – When I want a special gift or something memorable for my children I am never disappointed at Four and Twenty Sailors. I have bought my two daughters their Christmas and Easter dresses their almost every year since they were born. Fun and Adorable Clothes, Shoes and Jewelry! – I love this store! I have been shopping here forever. I'm not sure why people have a few negative reviews about their experience. Every time I go in the women who work there have been super sweet and helpful. Most people know Four and Twenty for their adorable baby and children's clothes, but they also have super cute clothes for girls my age (23). Very Poor Service – This shop has some beautiful baby clothes and other items, but their customer service really is terrible. The salespeople aren't just unhelpful, they're also rude. I'd much rather support a store that values its customers. I wouldn't ever go back unless I was looking for something specific (like a christening gown) and couldn't find one I liked anywhere else.
Terrible Service – I live in the area and suggested the shop to my mom who was visiting. The cashier was rude and acted put out that we were even there. She was annoyed when we tried to clarify if something was on sale, and then, when an item was mis-marked, she acted like it was our fault we thought it was on sale. She made comments like, "that price wouldn't even pay for the shipping!" She said she would only sell it for an additional $70 above the marked price.
