I am having a problem with my brother, John Humlick, who doesn't want me to continue ing with my grandma in The Fountains. My Counselor said that he should not be Able to block access to my grandmother simply because he hates Christianity, but, it seems like there are staff members also against Christ here because when I went to give her a blanket that I spent hours on making a staff member got rude saying I cannot ever see her. 🤦
I'm very appreciative for the staff. But one particular nurse who was very professional very caring. Is nurse Renee R. she was very professional does her rounds works really hard. She takes great care of the patients. Thanks to her my mother was happy & well taken care of.Great job thank you nurse Renee.
The great care I recieved at the Fountains Nursing facility was amazing. Not just the physical care but the emotional support I recieved was instrumental in my rehabilitation. Every person there from the nursing staff to doctors and physical therapists went above and beyond with my care. Many days and nights I was struggling but all the people there comforted me and prayed with me as well. They were all a blessing to me and my family.
The young lady at the front desk on Friday October 25 at 7 PM is extremely lazy and unprofessional. Do you guys typically have random people drop off food to your senior citizens that can’t take care of themselves? I would assume that staff would normally deliver food to your patients. Not to mention, they are extremely unhelpful Don’t seem like they enjoy their job nor want to be there. So why do they work there then?
