I agree with the previous reviewer. I had been a long time(5 years) client of Fountains of Massage until the abrupt closing. I understand a baby arriving early; however, it is not okay to ghost your clients. I have tried to reach Yolanda, the owner, so many times...only to be ignored. I, too, prepaid for a year AND she took my payment knowing that she intended to close, I believe. This is very unprofessional and unappreciative of your clients. As a faithful 3 year supporter of Fountains Message pre-paid a 1 year Wave membership in August 2023, but Yolanda only honored 3 of the 60 minute massage sessions. Now, she has rebuked her loyal clients and gone silent. It is understandable that when she had her baby early, it would take appropriate time to recover but ignoring her clients is irresponsible and unprofessional. First time having a lymphatic massage and it was Amazing!
Yolanda is amazing. I came to her after getting lipo 360 for lymphatic drainage massage. She definitely knows her stuff and was able to help tremendously. I would highly recommend her!
I've been going to Yolanda for almost 10 years now. She is the absolute best at her skills and techniques. My husband is now also a monthly member and he thank me every time. Highly recommended!!!
