Predatory. Charged me +4k as part of their lease renewal scheme. They send a lease renewal offer inside your community that says you need to accept or it will expire. It looks as if this expiry is notice of not renewing. There is no deny or not renewing button. Only an of renewal that expires. As we did not intend to renew, we were allowing it to expire.
