My father was here only for a few months. He always expresses how happy he was here and how nice and caring everyone one. I also saw how amazing everyone was. Everyone always communicated with me whenever something like a test or assessment needed to be done, provided their suggestions and updates. My dad did pass away during his most recent hospital visit and the staff and management at FV were very empathetic and supportive. Thank you everyone for making my dad’s last few months / 2026 special!
My mom passed away there First fall I aware of ,PSW pushing her in wheel chair ,she fell trauma present Declined medical ,day after fell then she passed . Didn’t report to coroner,which by law,if fall adjacent to death ,to file with coroner’s office
