Ken Fountain and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! We just finished a closing with them that was difficult to say the least. If not for their professionalism and competency, I'm not sure we would have crossed the finish line. We are grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
We relied on them to handle our closing, and they misread and incorrectly summarized a legal document that cost me $6000 out of pocket. I understand that mistakes happen, but they are unwilling to accept any responsibility. We relied on them to be a neutral party and to interpret legal documents related to our closing and they failed. At this point, with no apology, I have decided to pursue legal action.
As a real estate agent, I appreciate how much this company scrambled to get an early closing completed. They had very little notice and they still made it happen.
