Full disclosure, Susan Dykeman has become my friend and mentor, and I'm going to embarrass her with this review. She's also a miracle worker. I don't understand acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine, but I know over the years she's helped me treat the pain of passing kidney stones, reduce my anxiety, and boost my energy.
