I am the activities director for Fountain Court and I want to say how wonderful Courtney is and how she has made the ambience much better and has done so much for our resident's and team. I absolutely love my job and fellow employees, we are a very strong team and have lots of love for our resident's. I have been here for almost 3 years now and WOW, what an improvement. Wonderful place. Very happy residents.
Fountain Court Senior Living is such a wonderful place to be, not only for the residents, but for the team! I've been with Fountain Court for more than four years. I must say , in the past year alone, when Courtney took over as Executive Director.. the state of our facility has dramatically changed. Updating the building in terms of fresh paint, new furniture, renovations.. to quality, consistency and interactions family/resident care. My Grandma lived here and we loved the community! Then I started working here and the residents are amazing and so are all the staff! Great place to be!
We lived in a cottage. The washer and dryer were filthy. Washer torre our clothes, dryer had dirt and hard stuff in it that was hard and had to be soaked. Finally I went to the executive director and said she this is unacceptable. We got a new washer and dryer. The maintenance director didn't like that and they were going to put the old w/d in the main building for the residents!!! He installed the dryer incorrectly, pushing the dryer against the wall prevented the clothes from getting dry. I pulled the dryer away from the w... read more
