I love going here, but for the first time ever this morning I had to cancel my appointment because I am sick and the front desk person was so incredibly rude. She talked over me, she called me a liar saying “well anyone can say that” then yelled at me about policies, and then kept trying to hang up on me. Out of respect and courtesy to all the people who work there I choose to not go in while being sick. But got totally disrespected for it. I don't think I've ever had such a good experience. It was so amazing and relaxed! I highly recommend Myrah she is amazing! She understood my pain points, and her technique to release my knots was top-notch! great consistent pressure, attentive, friendly, and had very clear communication and instructions. She was very clear on what is our plan of action in treatment, what to do and what to expect, gave me home exercises and recommendations, and I felt very confident in her Therapy. Dr Mawji is amazing! I have a series of 3 pro treatments with her and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my skin. Would highly recommend.
