John was amazing!! I needed help deciding on whether to get the banjo bag and he looked up the dimension details for me so I could see what I could fit in it. He was so kind and listened to what I want in bag and helped me pick the right color for my wardrobe. I’m so excited to show off the Fount Banjo bag in corporate meetings next month! 🩷
John is incredibly helpful, from purchase advice, to repairs; his insight is always for my better interest. I’ve now been in on multiple occasions, and he’s done it all. I recently had my wallet repaired for a zipper malfunction, and received both a text regarding pick-up, and a wallet and bag condition when I came in to grab it. Amazing customer service.
Love this store! The staff is always delightful. The store is beautiful and peaceful. And the bags are exquisitely made. I found a limoncello slouch bag today and am thrilled!
