This isn't speaking on the branch itself but founders as a whole. Ridiculous overdraft fees for long term members, cannot get a loan, difficult to contact anyone. I was "approved" for a loan, got a letter stating I declined it (I didn't) and was ghosted by support. I want to close my account.
