I am very disappointed with my experience at Founders Bank today. As a member, I visited this morning to have documents notarized and had no issues. However, when I returned a few hours later to have additional documents notarized, I was given conflicting information and ultimately told that my documents could not be notarized, despite having successfully completed the same service earlier in the day. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating and felt unprofessional.
I am a member of Founders Bank, and one of the benefits offered to members is a service called Founders Privilege, which allows account holders to overdraft their accounts to complete purchases when necessary. However, it is concerning that after utilizing this service — which is promoted as a member benefit — customers may then be denied access to other services.
I love that I get to bank here(: The service is always excellent, they are always kind, and fast at what they do.
