When going to the bank for something simple becomes complicated and "not possible" because their employees on the phone answered wrong to an easy question...honestly, Founders is a great bank, but anything to do with talking to them on the phone is terrible. It's like the folks staffing the phones have no accountability to the facts, or how the bank actually works, and therefore you as a customer. Why do I even waste my time calling before going in if I'm just gonna be given misinformation? Do better, Founders.
