I was looking for a new bank after having horrible service multiple times at Arthur State Bank. I didn’t think to check their ratings because I thought “well if a bank takes your hard earned money surely they’ll give you decent service!” Absolutely not. I opened a new account online and picked up my debit card in the branch and it was a great experience. Audrey was really kind! These people actually care about your money. Unlike the other place with their smug attitude and horrible service.
Jana is the best! She is the kind, organized and quick to respond! This was my second Auto Loan and she had everything ready and sent to sign in less a two hours after emailing her. Thank you, Jana!
