Normally, I do all my banking online, but I had a pile of cash that I wanted to deposit. You have to use the coin machine to deposit coin and bring the slip to the teller. As someone who has dealt with a lot of cash and coin, I thought that was pretty cool. Speeds things up when you don’t have to count coin on both ends. Just something different that I thought was neat!
Used for a few years now as my local bank (other bank doesn't have any near by branches). Have to jump through hoops to try and get your money out of your own account (raise limit or allow ACH to another account). Can't use the chat in the app, they'll direct you to a number. Folks at the number can't approve it and need to transfer you to a branch manager; they also let you know branch manager might not be able to approve it.
