Christina has amazing anatomy and physiology knowledge. Even though I have had two bunion surgeries and a revision- I was still experiencing foot pain. Thanks to Christina’s expertise - I know am able to walk barefoot and experience less pain. A work in progress- making one aware of their body mechanics.
Christina is AMAZING! I've had flat feet my whole life and the pain was unbearable after walking long distances and playing golf. Not anymore!! I'd recommend her 1,000 times over! You won't be disappointed!
I've had flat feet since birth, and for my 42 years the only "treatment" was a series of expensive custom arch supports, which did nothing except ruin my shoes faster. Met with Podiatrists, foot and ankle specialists, Physical Therapists, no one had a different method. Met Christina when she did a workshop at my gym and decided to try working with her and hope she wasn't selling arch supports.
