I highly recommend Tarrah! She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and meets you wherever you are in your healing journey with genuine care. I knew nothing about the pelvic floor going into therapy, but she explains anatomy, muscles, and movement in a way that I can easily understand and apply at home. Tarrah was exceptional! Sadly, I'm among many women who wasn't really sure the proper names and placements of these organs and muscles. I felt perfectly comfortable even during internal exam. Everything was explained in ways I could understand and she made sure I was performing the exercises properly. No rush, no shame, no judgment. I'm looking forward to seeing improvement, while working with Tarrah.
