Tarrah was exceptional! Sadly, I'm among many women who wasn't really sure the proper names and placements of these organs and muscles. I felt perfectly comfortable even during internal exam. Everything was explained in ways I could understand and she made sure I was performing the exercises properly. No rush, no shame, no judgment. I'm looking forward to seeing improvement, while working with Tarrah.

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Foundational Concepts. The quality of care here is truly superior, and the results I’ve seen are life changing for me. The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and demonstrate a high level of expertise in every session. It’s clear they are among the best when it comes to pelvic floor PT. Tarrah Kelley is phenomenal. She takes the time needed and physically works on the muscles and ligaments. She checks to make sure the exercises she gives are activating the correct muscles. 3/4 of the session is her manually working on the targeted areas. She is compassionate and personable. She has helped me more than any PT, massage therapist, or chiropractor ever has.
