FOUNDATION has been a great fit for our construction accounting needs. The job costing, project accounting, payroll, and reporting capabilities are far more construction-focused than most general accounting systems. It handles union payroll, certified payroll, and multi-state work very well. The customer support is also outstanding — easily some of the best software support we’ve worked with. Their reps are knowledgeable, responsive, and actually understand construction accounting.

We’re in the middle of scaling and made the decision to move from our prior system to a purpose-built construction accounting platform. Switching from Sage to Foundation was the BEST thing we ever did for our company! To be honest, onboarding was un-fun (for us not accounting people) but the support from Foundation was and continues to be incredible! We have taken advantage of the many extras available such as custom reports, custom queries and my all time favorite, being able to import our credit card statements into Foundation rather than hand enter it all - WHOOT!
