I have been recovering from a torn meniscus, Foundation Physical Therapy has been patient and worked with me every step of the way. They’ve been quick to hear concerns and shift the program to help me recover. I would recommend them to anyone looking to regain and build strength recovering from injuries.
I went to Foundation Physical Therapy for a knee injury. I honestly just picked them because they were close to my home and could get me in within 2 days. They ended up being INCREDIBLE! The initial assessment was very thorough and each session pushed me to work hard and improve my strength. They also gave me tailored exercises to do at home each day that really improved my pain. The staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! I would definitely recommend.
I can’t say enough great things about this company! in February of this year, I was facing two major surgeries. I was using a walker and had one arm in a sling for 12 weeks not only was my physical abilities challenge, but mentally I was in a fairly low place.
