I understand that it's not a public place but asking to see my i.d and refusing me entry is crazy when I ask to use the bathroom. For context, im working on their property, dont have my I.d/wallet on me and gotta pee like crazy. Reconsidering having an account here and you should too
They are a joke.
This bank is very unprofessional. I have a HELOC loan. I have clear instructions for my monthly payment to be applied to this loan. Instead, they leave my payment in the checking account that the loan is attached to. But they don't pay the loan with it. Even though I give clear instructions with my payment. Sometimes they do it correctly, but I have to be diligent and watch them every month because sometimes they don't do it. That increases the interest for me.
