I had given a lot of massages in my life but had never gotten one myself. Liz Mcusker was magnificent! Knowledgeable, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. I had no idea how tight a lot of my muscles were. I will be returning as often as possible.. at the very least, whenever necessary.

I’ve booked massages with Liz, is knowledgeable, kind, caring and is really good at addressing troubled areas, pulled/inflamed muscles, not just doing the work to help ease the pain/symptoms but she takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. I’d highly recommend Liz whether you’re looking for a relaxation or deep tissue massage or need to address troubled areas… Liz can help you! The Foundation Massage clinic is warm welcoming, and has free parking at the back… an added bonus.
Liz was extremely skilled at helping me regain comfort and range of motion during the massage session. I am post mastectomy and phase 1 of reconstruction, so there is a lot of tightness and discomfort and she was able to make significant progress in one session - I will be back!
