I have been to so many massage therapists in Vernon the past few years, trying to find someone who doesn’t treat me like a delicate flower and actually genuinely wants to help. I was referred to Nicole at Foundation by my partner who went first. I was not disappointed. She was warm, welcoming, made me very comfortable and is very strong. This was my first massage ever and Nicole made it so comfortable and easy. I went in with some specific pains and Nicole walked me through several stretches and exercises to address them, plus she worked most of it out on the table! Thanks for everything!

This is my favorite massage place! I love the space, such great style, I’ve tried a couple of the therapists and they are awesome. I especially like Lonni, she always works my muscles so good and I feel like jello afterwards. I highly recommend if you want exceptional service!
Lonni is the most skilled RMT I’ve been to. On top of being a competent and professional practitioner, she has a way of making me feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. I’m happy to of finally found my go-to RMT. I highly recommend booking at Foundation Massage Therapy for your next massage!
