Someone dear to me purchased a 2025 Kia Soul LX from this dealership and the experience was extremely disappointing. The car’s fair market value is around $23,500–$24,500 out the door, but the dealership marked it up to $26,943 before financing. I brought my car in around July 2025 to have it checked. They were able to look at it right away and told me a part needed to be ordered, and that they would call me when it came in. Weeks went by with no call, so I reached out and was then told the part was on back order and that they would contact me once it arrived. Unfortunately, months passed and I never received any update or follow-up. No one proactively informed me about the back order or the delay.
