This is the worst bank Ive ever come across..everytime I have gone there, there has been somebody new. Can they not keep any employees?? I can never get my questions answered and they obviously dont know anything about customer service. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!
I like that it is a small town bank and I know everyone that works there. The only thing that I dont like about the bank is that I have to drive a ways to get there. Everyone is very friendly and they are always there to help with any questions you have.
I am in love with this bank. I come from a super small town up north here in Nebraska of 122 people. 6 years ago i moved close to Omaha and Waterloo. I wasnt sure where to bank, so i took a tour of the banks i figured that i would like. When i first stepped inside this bank i knew this was the one. PERFECTLY friendly and everyone makes you feel right at home. I will never change banks as long as i am in Nebraska!
