Carole and her team are the best. When we were told we had to pay a $7000.00 dollar non-refundable deposit Carole informed us that was illegal and got the money back that we were owed. I can't say enough good about this organization, everyone looking for a place for their elders should get to know F.A.T.E. first.
Carole was very informative and considerate. She shared her personal experience amongst several rooms filled with file boxes, yet she offered me something to drink, asked about my personal needs, and spent as much time as I needed.
