Left us stranded with no response. Booked for 3 day took us one way and abandoned us on our way back. No answer to multiple calls and texts. Extremely uncalled for and messed up. Waited for over an hour only to have to pay an expensive car ride and having to walk blocks. Insane as we paid a lot of money

Found A Ride helped us when our flight got delayed, and we landed way later than expected. The driver tracked our flight and was still there waiting for us.

There was a slight miscommunication about my drop-off location, but the driver went out of his way to ensure I was dropped off exactly where I needed to go. He even offered me a water bottle to make sure I was comfortable after the mix-up. That extra touch made a big difference!
