Very courteous and respectable establishment.
I dont know what to say at this point… we have given chance after chance. From the time the phone is answered till I hang up I feel like a bother! No real answers are even given and we are pushed off till the next phone call I have to make there because of unresolved issues.
I have been a loyal customer for at least 13 years, but that ends today! My dad and I have been going here and paying the same amount every year. He took care of his first this year and paid $160 + the new $10 charge for them to print out the documents. Nothing has changed with him or I as far as residence or work place. I didn't want to pay the new $10 charge so I elected to go the paperless route online which took at least 20 minutes to setup and was an unexpected inconvenience. My husband Rob is a new client snd I cannot begin to describe how for a whole lot if wrongs this company made right in minutes! He put Robs mind at ease and came home elated with how amazing the entire office is. Last year the super nice receptionist cleared up another issue from another accountant. They are fantastic at what they do. I can’t wait for my turn!
