Fine service but I don't think their hours have ever been right. They're currently closed completely.

Very expensive. Missing most needed parts. Website is really outdated. Older man in staff is aggressive and should be avoided. He doesn't listen to customers.clients have to wait a very long time (even during winter to get any results if any for decent help) or to get bike back. $4000 to $5000 for ebikes? Hard no. They couldn't even fix a simple brake line. Brought it in 2 times in one days because tech screwed up. They can't even update their google store hours (google says 9am...
