Incredibly inconvenient, rude and unprofessional. Their online payment system is a complete joke, the laziest of which I've ever seen, and then charges absurdly high fees just for the privilege of handing your money over. But mainly, though, it's the broken communication. The representatives provide factually inaccurate information to owners, and abandon any responsibility for the fallout this causes. If I could give a ZERO, I would. This company is TERRIBLE. They harass you all day long on the most ignorant things - especially when you first buy a house. You have to prove you are INNOCENT over and over again. Marcy is totally out of line.

Property Management Companies must always get a bad rap.... I was having financial issues, but Foster Management was more than willing to work with me on a payment plan to bring my account back to a paid in full status. They were easy to work with, once I made the effort of making the initial call. I appreciate all of their efforts and understanding.
